Common questions
Does YO AI Labs charge candidates a fee?
No, never — not for registration, matching, training or placement. We are paid by the platforms we refer to. Any recruiter asking a candidate for money is not a legitimate one.
How long before I hear back after sending my CV?
Usually a few working days. If you would rather not wait, every role is public on the live board and you can apply directly at any time.
Do I have to send my CV to apply for these roles?
No. All the roles are listed publicly and you can apply to any of them yourself. Sending your CV simply means we do the matching for you against what is currently open.
What file formats can I upload?
PDF or Word documents up to 5 MB. PDF is preferred because formatting survives intact.
Will my CV be shared with the AI platforms?
Yes, with your consent — that is how the referral works. We share it only with the platforms we refer to and only to match you to roles.
What happens if I apply to YO AI Labs directly?
We review your profile against our internal and external client hiring as well as the platforms we refer to, and come back to you within about a week. For client roles we reach out by email or phone; for platform roles we email you the openings that fit.
Do you have roles that are not on the platforms?
Yes. We hire for our own internal and external client projects too, and those roles are not listed on any of the seven platforms. Sending your CV is the only way to be considered for them.
