How do AI training jobs work?
You apply to a role, complete an AI-led screening interview, pass a task in your own field, then get matched to a client project. Once matched you receive a contract and start work, which arrives as tasks in a queue that you complete on your own schedule.
The whole process is remote and typically takes a few weeks end to end. The AI interview is the step almost everyone underestimates — it is mandatory on most platforms and nothing progresses until it is done.

What the work looks like once you start

How your work is judged
Output is reviewed against a rubric, and sustained accuracy usually unlocks more volume and better projects. Speed matters much less than being consistently right and clearly explained — the written reasoning is the deliverable, not the verdict.
How you get paid
The platform pays you directly, usually in USD, per approved task or per hour logged, on its own schedule. A referral partner is not part of the payment chain.
